When a customer returns a product, you will see an additional commission show up in the commission report that is linked to the original commission by order number. This new commission will be for the negative amount of the original commission, thereby canceling it out. If you have a zero balance at the time of the return (because you were just paid), a negative balance will be in effect until more commissions are acquired.
